Candidate Swartz on energy policy:
The Ohio Legislature needs to repeal the rest of #HB6 so Ohioans will stop paying extra for energy. Our future lies in constantly moving forward with ways to reduce our dependency on others, producing all the power we need here at home and removing our heavy, carbon footprint. Let’s eliminate the barriers promoted by fossil fuel lobbyists and double our production of sustainable energy in Ohio.

Republican candidate: Incumbent Riordan McClain, the Republican candidate for Ohio District 87, sponsored Ohio’s school voucher bill which takes public funds from public schools and gives them to private schools who do not have the same requirements or accountability as public schools.

ONE BILLION Dollars in public funds has gone this year to private schools who are not required to follow the same standards as public schools and can reject any student for any reason.
Representative McClain supports an abortion ban with no exceptions.
